Agreement

The service

EuroGate provides a governed gateway to third-party AI models via your own provider keys (BYOK), EuroGate-supplied keys under a reseller agreement, or a hybrid of both. Provider models remain subject to their respective owners' terms.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use of the gateway or upstream models.
  • No attempts to circumvent regional eligibility, quotas, or provider terms.
