Yes. EuroGate is a German-registered company and issues compliant tax invoices (发票) with VAT details your finance team can file. Anonymous brokers can’t.

Can customers bring their own keys?

Yes. EuroGate supports BYOK for teams with existing provider contracts, EuroGate-supplied API keys under formal reseller terms, and hybrid workspaces that use both.

How does billing work?

We support platform subscriptions, per-seat fees, per-logged-request fees, and managed usage under reseller-backed provider access. The right mix depends on whether you use BYOK, EuroGate-supplied keys, or a hybrid setup.

Can I control data retention?

Every plan can opt into 7-day retention or full Zero Data Retention. Enterprise can set custom residency and retention terms.
